Takbat Platform Rules

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Takbat ("takbat", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the takbat platform, including the website at takbat.xyz, the takbat mobile application, and all associated services.

By registering an account on takbat, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the takbat platform.

Takbat is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). These Terms are written in English and the English version is the binding version in all cases.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a takbat account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a takbat employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the takbat platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

By registering on takbat, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one takbat account. If you already have an account, you must not register a second one. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance in the duplicate account may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account. Takbat uses this information to verify your identity and process withdrawals. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your takbat login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Takbat will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately at [email protected].

Takbat is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Takbat may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or when required by our compliance procedures. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Deposits

Takbat accepts deposits in BDT via bKash and Nagad. All deposits are credited to your takbat wallet in BDT. There are no currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification steps.

4.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed automatically and credited to your takbat wallet within minutes of confirmation. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Takbat reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if the source of funds cannot be verified.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your wallet and used for betting.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your takbat wallet are processed to your registered bKash or Nagad account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Takbat processes standard withdrawals automatically, and most complete in under three minutes from the time of request.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and linked to your takbat account.
• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals above ৳10,000 per transaction are processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance can be withdrawn.
• Takbat reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review in cases where unusual account activity is detected.

5.2 Withdrawal Fees

Takbat does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payouts. Your mobile banking provider (bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside takbat's control. Check your provider's fee schedule for details.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on takbat are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as well as the general betting rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation from the takbat system. Bets that are not confirmed — for example, due to a connection failure before confirmation — are not valid and no funds will be deducted. If you are unsure whether a bet was placed, check your bet history before placing again.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event or game outcome. For sports markets, takbat uses official data sources to determine results. Winnings are credited to your takbat wallet as soon as the market is settled. Settlement times vary by market type.

6.3 Void Bets

Takbat reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The market was offered with a pricing error that resulted in odds materially different from the correct market price.
• The bet was placed after the event or outcome had already been determined (late betting).
• The bet was placed using a system error, exploit, or technical fault.
• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being determined.

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your takbat wallet. Takbat will not void bets selectively — if a market is voided, all bets on that market are voided.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game and market. These limits are displayed on the betting interface before you place a bet. Takbat reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying individual account limits where betting patterns indicate abuse.

6.5 Game-Specific Rules

Each game on takbat — including Wheel, Poker, Hi-Lo, Tower, A Night Out, Treasures of Aztec, and Tennis — has its own set of rules governing gameplay, payouts, and edge cases. These rules are available on the respective game pages. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that game.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

Takbat may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion in question, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on takbat carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount that must be bet before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Takbat monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and associated winnings removed and may be suspended.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on takbat. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or market prices.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting on sports markets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing takbat staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

Takbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or harm. Takbat provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their betting activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your account for a chosen period. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early.
• Reality Checks: Regular prompts showing your session duration and net betting activity.

Takbat may apply responsible gaming restrictions to an account without the player's request if our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling. This is done to protect the player, not as a punitive measure.

10. Privacy

Takbat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the takbat platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and takbat.

Takbat will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

11. Limitation of Liability

Takbat provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, takbat is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues outside takbat's control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or market data.

Nothing in these Terms limits takbat's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Closure by You

You may close your takbat account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements are met and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to bonus funds.

12.2 Closure by Takbat

Takbat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies).
• At takbat's discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the platform or its players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, takbat reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13. Changes to These Terms

Takbat may update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — takbat will provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the takbat platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.

14. Contact and Complaints

If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about the platform, or a dispute regarding a bet or transaction, please contact the takbat support team in the first instance:

Takbat will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution process described in your account terms.
